Right before I went on vacation, Jason asked how to setup an iTunes feed in views. I've discovered that there are really two ways to do this and one is much better than the other. Let's take a look at the two ways and their pros and cons.
Audio iTunes Module
The first step is to download and install the Audio module as well as the Audio iTunes module that comes bundled with it. The Audio iTunes module adds iTunes specific fields to the node form for iTunes feed information. This includes a subtitle, a summary, and whether the context is explicit. If you want your node title and body to show up in iTunes you need to copy them over to the subtitle and summary.
Views Setup
The Audio iTunes module, also, provides the views integration. This is where we have two options.
The first option is create a page that is of the type Views RSS: iTunes RSS Feed. After you enable the page, give it a path, setup your filters, and setup your sorting this will create a feed.

There are two possible problems with this. First, The link in the feed will direct people back to the feed and not a human readable page on your site. This link will show up in iTunes and the Zune Marketplace, for example. The second problem is a continuation of the first. If you use FeedBurner for your feed the original feed will still be in the link exposing that to the world.
A better way is to build a page with your episodes on it like we did for the Super Average Podcast episodes listing then add an argument iTunes RSS: RSS Feed Selector. Make sure you set default to display all values.

This will give you both a page do display the episodes on and an iTunes feed for that page. Plus, the link in the feed will redirect back to your episode listing.
